What We Collect
When you reach out through our contact form, booking requests, or newsletter signup, we collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, preferred contact method, and the details of what you'd like help with. If you complete a purchase, that transaction is handled entirely by Shopify, which collects and stores your payment and order information under its own privacy practices.
How We Use It
We use the information you share to respond to inquiries, schedule Clarity Sessions, coordinate planning or travel services, and send the Peace Notes newsletter to those who opt in. We never sell your information, and we only use it to support the service you've requested from us.
Information Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to deliver the services you've requested (for example, sharing trip details with a hotel or venue you've asked us to coordinate with) or as required by law. Purchases and checkout information are processed and stored by Shopify under its own privacy policy.
Your Choices
You may unsubscribe from Peace Notes at any time using the link included in every email, and you may request that we update or delete the information we hold about you by reaching out directly.
