Clarity Sessions
Clarity Session bookings may be rescheduled at no charge when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed sessions, are non-refundable, as the time was reserved specifically for you.
Custom Planners & Planning Services
Because custom planners and personalized planning systems are built individually around your responsibilities and goals, work that has already begun is non-refundable. If work has not yet begun, you may request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Digital Planning Tools & Printable Resources
Digital planning tools, templates, and printable resources are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be returned.
Travel Experiences
Travel Experience cancellations are governed by our separate Travel Service Terms, as the Planning & Design Fee and any third-party travel costs follow different timelines.
