Travel Service Terms

Planning & Design Fee
The price shown for each Travel Experience level represents the Planning & Design Fee for our professional planning and creative services. This fee is separate from, and does not include, any transportation, lodging, admission, dining, activities, merchandise, or other trip-related expenses.
Procurement & Handling Fee
When Peace-Centered Planning purchases or coordinates approved items on your behalf — such as reservations, tickets, or travel-related purchases — a 15% Procurement & Handling Fee applies to those items.
Cancellations
Because travel planning work often begins immediately after your questionnaire and consultation are complete, the Planning & Design Fee becomes non-refundable once research and design work has started. Any third-party travel costs we've coordinated on your behalf follow the cancellation policy of that specific provider (airline, hotel, tour operator, and so on).
Revisions
Each experience level includes a reasonable allowance for revisions during the Review & Refinement step of the process. Requests for significant changes after that step, or after final delivery, may be treated as a new planning request.
Client Responsibility for Travel Details
Peace-Centered Planning researches, designs, and coordinates your experience, but final travel documents, identification, visas, insurance, and health requirements remain your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
